Sales Operations Manager

Managecore is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager, in this role you will be responsible for optimizing the success of Managecore’s sales team by managing corporate sales goals, projections, and processes throughout the sales funnel. Including implementing and maintaining Managecore’s business development and sales processes, overseeing the sales team, planning/strategizing and ensuring execution of sales goals with marketing leadership. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to support our sales and marketing team to achieve our corporate sales goals. Success Criteria:

  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and coaching when necessary
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, solution architects and Managecore leadership team
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop/implement new strategies to build quality pipeline
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
  • Technology skills to utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other software tools as needed to support daily tasks
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
  • Understanding of SAP, IT managed services and Public Cloud computing service offerings preferred
  • Support the sales team to maintain qualify pipeline to achieve Managecore’s corporate sales goals and marketing campaign ROI
  • Maintain daily check-ins with Managecore sales and solution architect teams to determine how marketing campaign performance and sales opportunities are tracking against corporate plan to identify any possible challenges for internal review and problem solving
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure sales execution
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting/configuring skills with a strong understanding of HubSpot
  • Proven aptitude of working in a professional environment with enterprise sales teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive daily sales and business development tasks
  • Familiarity with marketing design support (i.e. building powerpoint content, Google docs, Microsoft teams/sharepoint etc.)
  • Familiarity and willingness to perform business development/marketing tasks as needed
